FAQ

  • What can I expect from a nutrition consultation?

Each consultation is tailored to your unique needs. We’ll explore your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and dietary habits in depth. You’ll receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, supplement and testing recommendations (if required), and ongoing support to help you reach your goals.

  • Do you offer online consultations?

Yes, all consultations are conducted online via Zoom, making it easy to fit sessions into your schedule wherever you are.

  • Who do you work with?

I work with women who are seeking support with their digestive health, hormones, skin conditions, and energy regulation. Whether you're navigating a busy lifestyle or feeling stuck with recurring health concerns, I’m here to help you reset, replenish and renue.

  • How many sessions will I need?

Every client is different, and the number of sessions varies depending on your health goals and how your body responds to changes. It can take time to see results, especially if your symptoms have developed over months or years.

I recommend booking both the initial consultation and a follow-up session to help build momentum and ensure you feel supported as you start your plan. We’ll discuss the best approach for you during your initial consultation.

  • How do I pay?

Payment is required in advance of your consultation. You’ll receive further details regarding payment when you book your session.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, as the time has been reserved especially for you. Missed appointments will also be charged in full. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email me as soon as possible.

  • Do you offer packages?

I recommend packages for more comprehensive, ongoing support. Packages often offer better value and allow us to make deeper, long-term changes. Please contact me for further details.

  • Can you work alongside my GP or other health professionals?

Absolutely. Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach and works well alongside conventional medicine. I’m happy to write letters to your GP or coordinate care when needed.

  • I’ve tried everything before — how is this different?

My approach is completely personalised and evidence-based. We look beyond symptoms to understand the root causes of what you’re experiencing. This includes considering your lifestyle, stress levels, digestion, hormones and more — not just your diet.
