Hi, I’m Cheynee, a registered nutritional therapist with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), based in Bristol. I specialise in skin and gut health, helping women uncover the root causes of their concerns and guiding them toward long-term, sustainable results.
I take a holistic approach looking beyond symptoms to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. With a deep understanding of the interplay between nutrition, the gut and our skin - known as the Gut-Skin Axis. My approach is tailored, evidence-based and practical, focusing on nourishing the body with the right nutrients, balanced habits, and strategies that fit into your lifestyle to support clearer skin, better gut health, and overall well-being.
Having experienced acne and eczema, I understand how frustrating and overwhelming it can be to navigate skin issues. Our skin is often a reflection of our internal environment, and through personalised nutrition, I help clients restore balance from the inside out.
